Marketing a Show

Marketing is a crucial aspect selling any show. Effective marketing help generate buzz, build, and ultimately ensure that people in St Andrews come to see your teams hard work. From social media to physical posters, there are many ways to market your show. Mermaids Logo

Shows being produced by / receiving funding from Mermaids must include our logo in their graphics.

Originality / Personality

Marketing materials should stand out among a crowd. Making your graphics true to the "vibe" of your show is key.

Venue Logo

Graphics must include the logo of the production's venue.

Bullet Journal

Planning

A detailed plan for when and where you market your shows is a requirement. Plans approved by the Marketing Officer.

Readability

Audiences must be able to read what any text on your graphics easily. Colours that easily stand out from a background is key.

Poster Collage

Physical Presence

Social Media is great but the usefulness of printed signs around town can't be understated. Save room in your budget for printing.
